Can I reorder individual pieces from a collection? Of course. Most of our core collection pieces are available for reorder. Inventory levels are updated in real time on the site, and our team can alert you when restocks are coming.

What kinds of products does Heirloom Home Decor carry? We offer a curated range of wholesale home décor including glass vases, ceramic vases, textured metal vessels, sculptural decorative bowls, decorative trays, faux florals, and Everflorals. New collections are added regularly.
Are your products sold as sets or individually? Both — some collections are offered as sets for cohesive merchandising, while others are available as individual pieces. Check each product listing for details.
What are Everflorals? Everflorals are our line of high-quality, long-lasting faux botanicals designed to pair beautifully with our vase collections. They’re ideal for retailers and stylists who want low-maintenance, always-in-season arrangements.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in carrying Heirloom, reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer freight or bulk shipping options for large orders? Yes — for larger orders, we can arrange freight shipping. Contact our team prior to placing a large order and we’ll help coordinate the best shipping solution for you.
What if my order arrives damaged? We take packaging and quality seriously. If something arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right.
Wholesale & Pricing
Are your prices listed on the website? Wholesale pricing is visible once you’re logged into your approved account. Retail pricing is not displayed publicly.
Do you offer tiered pricing or volume discounts? We do offer incentives for larger orders. Reach out to our team to discuss volume pricing for your specific needs.
